Job Description
Lucidworks powers the digital commerce experiences of leading global retailers, B2B manufacturers, and financial services firms. They specialize in AI-driven search, browse, and merchandising solutions that help businesses connect customers with the right products, content, and recommendations at scale. The Associate Product Manager will contribute to the product roadmap for connectors and data ingestion, supporting senior product managers in prioritization and planning. They will also partner with engineering to define lightweight requirements for new integrations and enhancements. The Associate Product Manager will translate customer and partner feedback into user stories and acceptance criteria, monitoring product usage and quality metrics, and assist with go-to-market readiness by helping with documentation, release notes, and onboarding materials.
