Job Description
The Reimbursement Posting Manager position is responsible for providing direct oversight of staff and review of payments received for services rendered by Clarity Clinic. This position will support the day-to-day processes and initiatives of the cash applications department and represent the employment brand of Clarity Clinic.
Duties include managing all processes, procedures, and staff in the Cash Application department, auditing team membersβ work, creating and maintaining the monthly cash log, and managing patient and insurance payments. The manager will also resolve credit balances, reconcile cash postings, manage insurance vendors, and act as a liaison between departments to resolve escalated inquiries. They will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage staff recruitment and training. The role involves analyzing data to improve performance, developing policies and procedures, and maintaining confidentiality. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred and CPA or Advanced Degree is preferred.
