Job Description
In this role you'll collaborate with our product team, lead other engineers and contribute to create and maintain systems that enable our user’s most critical workflows through our web app. Shipping & Handling responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions spanning APIs, services, databases, and modern UIs. You will drive execution on multi-quarter goals, often coordinating with and mentoring 2–3 engineers. You will also build and maintain robust, well-tested code, ensuring features are delivered reliably to production. This requires developing reusable components and patterns that improve product consistency and scalability across teams. They lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy, partnering closely with product and design to shape requirements. You will also provide technical leadership in planning and review and champion QA and test automation to strengthen quality and operational excellence. This includes designing and implementing telemetry, metrics, and tools to analyze user behavior, system health, and business impact.
