What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the technical partner to Account Executives from first call to go-live.
- Run integration workshops with customer engineering teams.
- Scope what customers need and find the simplest path to get live.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles like solutions engineering.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, auth, and system mapping.
- Comfortable juggling multiple customers and traveling regularly.
Bonus:
- Experience in payments, identity verification, or fraud.
- Additional languages beyond English.
