About The Role:
- As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you own a merchant's journey from discovery to first transaction.
- You design solutions and build integrations, working with merchants across LATAM.
- You are the connection between Sales, Product, Engineering, and merchant developers.
Your Contribution Will Be:
- Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand their payment stack and constraints.
- Run product demos and deliver technical presentations to engineering and product audiences.
- Own end-to-end implementation from kickoff to go-live, guiding merchant developers through APIs.
