About the Role:
- Own the API docs and integration path.
- Help BD answer technical questions during deals.
- Take signed partners from kickoff through go-live.
What You'll Do:
- Own the API and integration docs, rewrite and keep current as the stack changes.
- Build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures for developer integration.
- Answer technical questions from partners during sales and builds, resolving them yourself.
Who You Are:
- Real hands-on API skills: debugging, Postman, Datadog.
- Strong technical writing ability to document messy systems.
- Patience for ambiguity and comfort using AI tools in daily work.
