What you will do:
- Working closely with sales to identify merchant pain points and consult on Primer's value.
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions and simplifying complex concepts.
- Driving client engagements through discovery sessions, demos, and developer Q&As.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a merchant-facing role with a complex API product, ideally in payments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Creativity and problem-solving to adapt to unique merchant needs.
