Therapist Clinical Quality Peer Educator

Role Overview:

• Promote safe, evidence-based care by reviewing therapists' clinical documentation.
• Combine clinical expertise, quality assurance, education, and thoughtful feedback.
• Support providers in delivering consistently high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess initial assessments, progress notes, and clinical decision-making.
• Deliver asynchronous and live coaching to providers below standards.
• Use AI-assisted review tools and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Requirements:

• Current independent U.S. therapy license and 3+ years of direct experience.
• Experience in quality chart reviews and clinician education.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with healthcare technology.
