About the Role:
- Headway is building clinical governance infrastructure for mental healthcare providers.
- You'll help ensure psychiatric documentation reflects safe, evidence-based care.
What You'll Do:
- Review clinical notes to identify gaps in quality and safety.
- Provide coaching and remediation support to providers.
- Use AI-assisted review tools to give structured feedback.
Compensation:
- This is a part-time, remote contract role across the USA.
- You'll be reimbursed at an hourly rate of $180.
