Engineering Industries eXcellence is looking for a Senior Solution Implementation Consultant with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Compensation/Variable Pay/Learning/Analytics. The consultant will lead the design, configuration and delivery of scalable HR solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and system integration requirements. Responsibilities include customer proposal management, designing architectures to meet customer requirements, and creating technical proposal documents.
Key responsibilities involve leading end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, gathering client requirements to design tailored HR solutions, configuring SuccessFactors modules, and conducting workshops for client stakeholders. Seamless data migration, testing, and integration with third-party systems are essential, along with providing guidance on governance and change management. Collaboration with internal teams and documentation of business processes are also key.
