The Senior Solution Implementation Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of scalable HR solutions. The consultant will be responsible for customer proposal management and business development, designing architectures, creating technical proposal documents and managing the cost/price model of the proposal to ensure alignment with business goals.
