About the Role:
- You'll build our research function from scratch, owning the agenda end to end: study design, analysis, publishing, and turning findings into commercial evidence and better care.
- This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with real influence over how our program evolves.
What You'll Do:
- Design and run observational studies on member data, including matched cohorts, propensity-scored comparisons, and interrupted time series.
- Analyze medical and pharmacy claims covering utilization, biologic trends, and cost of care.
- Publish as first or senior author and present at meetings like ACR and AMCP.
