Research Scientist

Role Overview:

• Focus on using advanced analytics and research methods to improve healthcare delivery and population health.
• Work with large, complex healthcare datasets to uncover actionable insights and evaluate innovative solutions.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment with data scientists, clinicians, and business stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

• Research, prototype, evaluate, and scale data-driven approaches to influence enterprise healthcare strategies.
• Apply descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to transform structured and unstructured data into insights.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 1–3 years of quantitative research experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Healthcare or managed care experience, claims data familiarity, and advanced methods like causal inference are preferred.
