- Establish clear engineering standards around quality, reliability, testing, and documentation.
Technical Requirements:
- Drive AI-first automation and reduce manual handling across dispute classification and evidence management.
- Lead architectural discussions and make high-quality technical decisions while staying close to the codebase.
- Recruit and develop top engineering talent, actively building bench strength.
Cultural Fit:
- Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to shape strategy and execution.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving clarity and momentum.
