Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to design and implement innovative IT solutions that align with our business objectives. You will play a crucial role in consulting with both internal and external stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend effective solutions. Consult with internal and external customers to investigate, analyze, and model business activities and problems, recommending appropriate IT solutions. Utilize the requirements engineering process to ensure that requirements are complete, unambiguous, realistic, and testable. Leverage advanced IT resources to create and implement effective IT solutions. Communicate solutions clearly to all stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and technical staff. Model and evaluate business processes for existing and prospective customers. Collaborate with business leaders to align the IT roadmap with business strategy, incorporating the latest trends in service technology. Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and project budget planning.
