Job Description

The Paid Ads Manager will own Deel’s account based marketing (ABM) and lifecycle paid marketing strategy, implementation and execution, globally. They will develop and execute paid marketing campaigns focused on key accounts to generate performance and drive awareness and engagement, supporting the sales pipeline. The role involves collaborating with various teams to synchronize targeted account lists and messaging across demand gen. This position requires 5+ years of experience in B2B paid ads with at least 2 years of experience focused on account-based marketing (ABM). Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot, and ABM technologies (Demandbase a huge plus) is essential. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
