Job Description
Shape the UX of our sophisticated applications used by professionals in high-stakes, data-rich environments. Design tools that power real business outcomes, lead design for key product areas, and own end-to-end design for core parts of our B2B product suite—from research and ideation to execution and launch. Collaborate with PMs to uncover user needs, workflow pain points, and mental models across complex personas and use cases. Translate complexity into clarity with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction specs grounded in user behavior. Design clean, powerful ways for users to interact with structured data, dashboards, and system alerts. Contribute to and help evolve our design system to support scalability, accessibility, and consistency across product lines. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate quickly and build high-quality solutions that meet real-world business needs. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
