Traveling Field Management Superintendent

AECOM is actively seeking a Traveling Field Management Superintendent professional that would like to develop and advance in their respective career. The position will require 100 percent on-site and you will be traveling full time, and the projects can span the entire United States. The individual will be responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within the assigned area. You would be the primary client contact for all jobsite day-to-day activities or may coordinate with the client’s resident representatives. The job responsibilities include overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects, ensuring assigned job site operations comply with design/specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort. You'll manage field crews and craft labor between 5 to 30 people and workflows and data. Project roles will vary including technical support and leading tasks. Comfortable working with a team toward a common goal, while working independently on individual tasks.
