Job Description
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to help build our internal CRM and other critical tools that power our global operations. You’ll design and maintain modern APIs, scalable infrastructure, and reliable backend services. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers while contributing to features from implementation through deployment — all within a team that values clean code, operational excellence, and continuous learning.
You will develop and maintain backend features using best practices, build RESTful APIs for core business logic and data management, write clean, testable code with proper error handling and logging. Manage PostgreSQL databases (queries, migrations, performance tuning), implement integrations with third-party services (email, SMS, payments). Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design. Monitor and debug production issues using Sentry and logging tools. Work with Docker and AWS services under guidance from senior engineers and contribute to infrastructure improvements and deployment pipelines.
