Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Evolve and scale recognition programs that reinforce high performance and company values
- Partner with Delivery, People, and Finance to align incentives with impact
- Drive adoption and consistency across recognition frameworks
Culture & Transformation:
- Act as a key partner in leading a culture transformation from startup to high-performing, market-aligned
- Use signals (e.g., survey data, feedback loops, performance trends) to design culture interventions
- Scale existing rituals and frameworks to ensure global, inclusive adoption
Experience Design & Engagement:
- Design and own end-to-end lifecycle moments: onboarding, milestones, transitions, team building.
- Lead internal events: All Hands, AMAs, offsites, and team meetups — partnering with vendors where needed
- Deliver high-quality, branded employee experiences that are both meaningful and scalable
