Job Description

Givebutter is seeking a Customer Support Chat & Email Specialist who possesses a positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate user needs. As part of the Customer Support team, you will support the fundraising efforts of diverse NPOs, ranging from small nonprofits to large educational institutions. Your primary duties involve responding to inquiries from current and prospective users and donors through chat and email.

Responsibilities include providing timely and accurate responses to user queries via live chat and email, following up with unresponsive users to ensure resolution, proactively identifying user needs and suggesting specific features, analyzing and reporting product malfunctions, and gathering user feedback for improvements. Empathy and problem-solving skills are crucial for handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
