Job Description
The QA Engineer will evaluate AI outputs, run exploratory and regression testing, and unblock engineers and PMs. They will Learn and track AI/ML quality signals, including golden datasets, prompt/regression suites, and metrics. Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure requirements are testable, edge cases are captured, and AI evaluation rubrics are clear and repeatable. The role involves building dashboards for quality KPIs and driving continuous improvement. An ideal candidate will get excited about spotting patterns and have a strong grasp of human language and thought processes.
