Business Consultant (m/w/d)

As a Business Consultant (m/w/d), you are the expert for our product portfolio and ensure the successful integration of our extensive product range with our customers. In a cross-functional team, you work closely with internal interfaces such as sales and product management and also maintain close contact with our customers. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of integration projects with our customers, and ensure that all steps are implemented efficiently and sustainably. As a TIMOCOM product professional, you support sales with your technical know-how during kick-off meetings and presentations at the customer's site. You promote the optimal use of all TIMOCOM products among our customers by offering training courses and process consulting based on your analyses. You ensure optimal coordination of our customers' processes and systems, in particular through cooperation with their TMS and ERP systems. Through targeted consulting and strategic upselling, you contribute to achieving the budget targets of the entire area. You actively pass on customer requirements and experiences to our product management in order to support continuous improvements. Your working hours and location are as flexible as you: You can use our TEAMocom Spaces, work mobile or up to 100 percent remotely. With us you can work from abroad for up to 120 days a year - so you can extend your vacation or visit family and friends in faraway places.
