AI/ML Software Engineer

Rocket Lawyer is seeking an experienced, passionate AI/ML software engineer for Rocket Copilot, their new AI assistant launched in December 2023. In this role, you will help our team deeply embed AI features across our platform. You will work in an agile, cross-functional team, working with multiple product teams as we build out AI features across Rocket Lawyer. You will design, implement, test, release, and maintain new AI features, working closely with product managers, UX designers, data engineers, QA engineers, and others. Your day to day will include Rapidly prototyping product features to explore new AI capabilities while writing clean, understandable code; delivering generative AI features to production; mentoring junior AI developers; creating, monitoring and troubleshooting backend API services; integrating AI into existing and new products; and building, training, fine-tuning, deploying and maintaining ML models.
