Job Description
The Technical Claims Handler will be part of Activate Group's success story and will have great career development opportunities. The handler will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to and from customers, clients, 3rd parties and repairers. They will manage vehicle claims end-to-end from repair instruction to completion and only escalating where necessary. The handler will use Activate Groups bespoke software and databases to record, update and maintain information relating to each claim. This role requires managing own workload, prioritizing and ensuring all claims assigned are progressing and receiving a high standard of customer service. Accurate updates need to be provided to team managers and customers as required. The handler must ensure that all SLAβs are met and exceeded and communicate and collaborate with all parties in order to achieve an optimal repair journey.
