About the role:

This is a genuine zero-to-one design role where you will define how people create, understand, and work with AI agents inside Bolter.
You will work directly with the GM in a lean team, with specialised AI agents supporting implementation.

What you’ll do:

Build and own Bolter’s design system from the ground up.
Define the interaction patterns for creating, understanding and steering AI agents.
Shape the experience across the workspace and agent-generated applications.
Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, clarity and craft.

What we’re looking for:

You’ve designed and shipped AI products and understand the interaction problems that come with them.
You think in systems and interaction patterns, not individual screens.
You have strong product and design judgement.
You care about craft, but know when speed and pragmatism matter more than polish.
