We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Operation Manager to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. As the Resort Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our resort's daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. Supervise and coordinate daily resort operations across all departments, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and maximize revenue. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the resort Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for service excellence. Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance interdepartmental communication. Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities and equipment to maintain optimal conditions. Analyze guest feedback and market trends to implement service improvements and innovative offerings Participate in strategic planning and contribute to long-term business development initiatives
