Clinical Director of Speech-Language Pathology

The Clinical Director will provide strategic direction and leadership for MeBe’s Speech-Language Pathology department, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, goals, and values. They will also develop and implement best practices, departmental policies, and clinical protocols. The Director will oversee the quality assurance and clinical integrity of speech-language programs across regions, maintain a caseload, and lead onboarding and professional development for all Speech-Language Pathologists across the organization.
