Key Responsibilities:
- Own the short-form content workflow for TikTok and Instagram Reels from idea to published post, including research, concepts, hooks, scripts, filming, editing, captions, and post-publish learning.
- Create content for Archy's branded accounts and scripts for creator accounts.
- Travel to select dental conferences and customer events to capture interviews, product moments, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on social media strategy and execution experience.
- Portfolio of recent short-form content you personally helped concept, shoot, and edit.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels, including hooks, pacing, and platform conventions.
