Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advanced coding education for both individual providers and large provider groups using remote methods.
- Develop and refine coding presentations, educational materials, and specialty-specific training programs.
- Analyze coding performance indicators and proactively schedule training to address gaps.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC) with 7+ years of coding experience in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS.
- In-depth knowledge of AMA and CMS coding guidelines, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite, EHRs, and CRM tools like Salesforce, with ability to maintain confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $70,000 to $82,500, with annual bonus targeted at 15%.
