IT Resilience & Disaster Recovery Lead - Technical Recovery

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and orchestrate technical recovery exercises, tracking and reporting activities to business customers.
• Facilitate the integration of new systems and applications into the technical recovery program and oversee technical recovery plans.
• Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams and support preparedness efforts to mitigate and recover from significant incidents.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in disaster recovery or business continuity within a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Proven experience developing Business Impact Analyses and Technical Recovery Plans with a strong understanding of frameworks like NIST and ISO.
• Strong program and project management skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation & Culture:

• The estimated monthly pay range is $6,805.95 to $11,921.25, with actual rates varying by location and candidate qualifications.
