Senior Quality Automation Engineer

Your Role:

• You will own the quality system for am:pm, building automation, quality controls, and practices for a small, fast-moving squad.
• This is an automation-led role where you shape test pyramid coverage, steward the end-to-end suite, and use AI as a core part of your workflow.
• You'll work on testing agentic AI behavior, including evals, non-deterministic outputs, and adversarial scenarios.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive quality automation across the test pyramid and set standards for engineers contributing tests.
• Support continuous delivery by designing the right level of automated quality controls, such as pipeline gates and smoke checks.
• Partner with engineers on acceptance criteria and run exploratory testing to find what automation misses.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS, with automation at the center of your work and a track record of building test frameworks from scratch.
• Comfortable in a production codebase with Git, CI/CD, and able to read code to understand the surface under test.
• Actively using AI tools and excited about testing non-deterministic systems with evals and adversarial testing.
