Job Description
Shape the vision, product strategy and user experience of Rillet. You’ll be working closely with the product and engineering leadership to build an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining. Define and drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design. Work closely with product and engineering to define both the short-term tactical goals and long-term product vision and roadmap. Establish design principles and set the direction for Rillet’s design system. Lead User Research initiatives. Understand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our product. Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting. Lead a team of product designers, acting as a mentor and coach to ensure their success. Recruit and onboard new product designers. Be hands-on and contribute directly to Rillet’s UX/UI design.
