Senior Accountant

About the Role:

• As a Senior Accountant at Armada, you will maintain the integrity of financial records as the company scales rapidly.
• This general GL role spans AP, AR, revenue, expenses, fixed assets, debt, and leases, including the Galleon program.
• You will partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Manage transaction cycles across AP, AR, revenue, fixed assets, debt, leases, inventory, and insurance.
• Support the Galleon program with fixed asset tracking, capitalization, and physical counts.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license and 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical U.S. GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606, 842, and 360.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP and high-growth startup environments preferred.
