Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve golden paths for how code gets built, tested, and shipped, ensuring reliability and speed.
- Build internal tooling and APIs to reduce time from merge to production and mentor engineers.
About You:
- You build software and understand how it gets shipped, with depth in CI/CD systems and hands-on experience with platform tools.
- You take loosely defined problems, drive them to production, and think in systems with downstream users in mind.
Collaboration:
- You collaborate effectively across teams in an async-first environment, aligning stakeholders and communicating tradeoffs.
- You partner with the cloud/infra SRE team and raise the bar through code review and design feedback.
