About the Role:

• We are teaching AI models to understand design quality, and you will evaluate professional designs.
• Your design judgment becomes training data that helps AI learn to evaluate visual quality.
• This is flexible, fully remote work you can fit around your schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate designs across typography, visual hierarchy, color, layout, and overall polish.
• Spot design issues and apply your skills in a browser-based editor to bring them to a professional standard.
• Work through a steady volume of designs while keeping your quality and judgment consistent.

What You Bring:

• Formal design training or 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong command of design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.
• Fluency with browser-based design tools and a calibrated, objective eye.
