Mitratech is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong back-end focus to lead the design and development of a new, greenfield AI-first product in the HR Compliance space. As a founding engineer on this team, you will have a significant impact on the architecture and technology choices, building a product that combines standard SaaS interfaces with interactive, AI-driven decision support. You will be a key leader in a team that values clean code, scalability, and continuous delivery. This is a unique opportunity to build a complex application from the ground up in a supportive, high-ownership environment.
