In this role, supporting the SportsEngine platform, you will provide unparalleled service to existing Foundational Partner and VIP customers, focusing on platform optimization, product/feature add-ons, and improved customer processes. Partner with Enterprise Account Managers, own portfolio aspects, focusing on successful product implementation, project execution, affiliate adoption, support escalation, & performance management. You'll collaborate with Product stakeholders to facilitate the Enterprise Feature Request & prioritization process, and work closely with Customer Support to resolve client issues effectively. Provide feedback to enhance customer experience, foster teamwork, & maintain accurate Salesforce records. Meet department metrics, enhance customer processes, assist Account Managers in platform growth, & own key projects. Discern financial data for platform performance metrics, driving adoption within the team. This fully remote position requires semi-regular travel for partner engagement.
