Principal/Staff Software Engineer

Role Overview:

• Principal/Staff-level engineer building software with AI agents, especially Claude Code.
• Works closely with Product and Design to own initiatives from requirements to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Operate multiple AI agents, decompose work, and maintain quality.
• Automate the product development lifecycle and uphold high engineering standards.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level Claude Code experience and orchestration of multiple agents.
• Production TypeScript/Node.js, MongoDB, and cloud infrastructure across AWS/GCP.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $215,000 – $250,000.
