Role Overview:
- You will join the client team and handle the technical side of every engagement, from demos to full production deployments.
- You will help implement Claude Code and redesign SDLC processes including code review, requirements, testing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and educate client teams on Claude Code, Claude for Work, and the developer platform.
- Analyze client environments and translate findings into clear technical plans for AI-native transformation.
- Build agentic applications, evaluation frameworks, and deployment configurations alongside client engineers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Advanced proficiency in Claude Code and strong production programming skills.
- Practical experience with LLMs, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and excellent communication abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in professional services or consulting.
- Proven success in scaling Developer Experience or developer productivity.
- Experience in regulated industries like finance or healthcare and change management.
