Mission:
- Lead the architecture and technical delivery of Amazon Connect and AI agent solutions for customers.
- Manage technical risk and ensure alignment to business outcomes and Caylent best practices.
Your Assignment:
- Build AI-native conversational experiences using Amazon Bedrock and Claude, with production-scale prompt engineering.
- Engineer Amazon Connect platform including contact flows, routing, and analytics data lake.
- Drive full-stack development including serverless backends and custom Agent Workspace portals.
Your Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years on Amazon Connect at enterprise scale.
- Strong hands-on skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and AWS serverless services.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (AWS CDK or Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
