Technical Lead, Passenger Apps

Technical Leadership & Delivery:

• Own delivery across Passenger iOS, Android, and Web applications, clearing blockers and keeping releases predictable.
• Remain actively involved in technical implementation, design discussions, and code reviews, setting the bar for engineering quality.
• Drive integration of Masabi's Justride SDK and public APIs into Passenger applications, leading migrations and release management.

People Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead and support a team of engineers through regular 1:1s, coaching, performance feedback, and clear development conversations.
• Create an environment where engineers can grow, develop, and do their best work.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders to align priorities, delivery plans, and team goals.

About You:

• Strong hands-on engineer current in at least one native platform (Swift/UIKit or Kotlin/Coroutines) and able to move across both.
• Experienced in leading technical delivery across engineering teams, owning quality through code review and design guidance.
• Comfortable in multi-tenant or white-label products, with SDK and API integration experience.
