About the Role:
- Lead the ML strategy and architecture for Shopping Ads delivery across targeting, retrieval, ranking, conversion, and value optimization.
- Own end-to-end model development from opportunity sizing to monitoring and iteration.
- Drive complex initiatives requiring coordinated changes across multiple teams.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software or ML engineering experience with production ML systems.
- Experience optimizing low-funnel advertiser objectives and building end-to-end models.
- Proven technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
