State Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of assigned US Workers' Compensation states.
- Identify emerging trends, performance gaps, and opportunities across assigned states.
- Support the development of state-level business reviews.
Strategic Analysis & Recommendations:
- Build and maintain analytical models and reports to evaluate the impact of strategic levers.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on state performance drivers.
- Help prepare materials and data-driven recommendations for state strategy discussions.
Data Query & Analysis:
- Write and execute data queries (SQL or equivalent) to extract, transform, and analyze large insurance data sets.
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools to enable consistent, efficient state performance monitoring.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical outputs.
