Chief of Staff, Mission

This role will be directly supporting the growth, strategy, government relations, and success functions (“Mission”) at Vannevar as the Chief of Staff to the President. Over the last few years, we’ve experienced rapid growth that has > 25 xing our revenue and ~ 5 xing our customer base. You will be critical to driving continued growth. Partner with Mission leadership to identify and execute the top strategic goals, align team efforts and resources, and proactively anticipate future needs and planning. Support Vannevar’s cross-functional growth bets and investments, working closely with product and engineering to uncover customer needs , codify our value proposition, scope these new opportunities , and align resources accordingly. Ensure the highest-performing team members are working on the most critical problems and adjust team structure as needed to meet these goals. Prepare for key external meetings and events by gathering strategic context, crafting talking points, and ensuring messaging aligns with our business priorities. Maintain clear and consistent communication within the Mission team and across Vannevar functions on relevant business context, current priorities, and lessons learned.
