Position Overview:

• Deliver patient-centered MSK care via telehealth as a core member of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Conduct evaluations, develop personalized exercise programs, and adjust care plans based on patient response.
• Collaborate with physicians, coaches, and therapists to ensure excellent outcomes in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications & Culture:

• Must reside in Vermont, hold an active PT license, and have 2+ years of MSK/orthopedic experience.
