SDET – Regression Automation Engineer

About the Role:

• We are seeking experienced SDETs to build automated regression testing for a complex observability and audit platform.
• This role focuses on validating APIs, data pipelines, distributed tracing, alerting, and infrastructure deployments.
• You will work with AWS, Terraform, OpenTelemetry, and distributed systems to ensure platform reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and execute automated regression test suites for log and metric ingestion pipelines.
• Validate Infrastructure as Code deployments, load testing, and failure-injection scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and provide regression evidence during sprint reviews.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an SDET or test automation engineer with strong scripting and API testing skills.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Terraform, OpenTelemetry, and distributed systems.
• Experience with load and performance testing tools and Agile development processes.
