Senior Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our team, responsible for designing the physical space to launch our microschools. You will build a system to successfully diligence, design, and build viable locations at scale throughout the US. Responsibilities include conducting code analysis and test fits, creating detailed plans for project design, overseeing permit management processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities through value engineering, and cultivating strong relationships with local stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience managing architectural or construction projects at scale, with preferred experience in school conversion projects, a strong understanding of educational facility design, and in-depth knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes. Furthermore, the candidate will need to have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
