Practice exceptional medicine within knownwell by seeing adults for metabolic health services in a virtual setting and coordinating with the care team.
Ensure patients feel known well by providing judgment-free, tailored care that honors their health goals.
Coordinate across the collaborative care team by escalating concerns, providing clinical guidance, and staying current with licensure.

Requirements:

Master's degree and NCCPA certification, with 10+ state licensure including Missouri, and active, unrestricted DEA licensure.
At least 4 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care, with chronic condition and weight management experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and willingness to adopt new technologies.
