Job Description
What you'll do:
- Anticipate future business and system requirements as far as possible through research and analysis.
- Engage in first-line testing before the development goes into the formal Quality Control phase.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and escalate to the Head of Compliance for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of Payroll and HR legislation regulating respective processes.
- Strong understanding of Payroll administration and management processes.
- Experience in conducting business analysis and requirement-gathering aligned with the development environment.
